Corentin Chatelperron is a rather unconventional adventurer. After building a boat made 100% from natural fiber, he tested his creation on an extraordinary journey with total self-sufficiency.
Born in 1983, Corentin designed his first boat made entirely of jute and spent no less than 6 months aboard, relying solely on his chickens, his tropical greenhouse, and his manual desalination system.Once he has sailed across all the oceans, his goal is to make stopovers around the world using the low-tech resources he has available—a simple and effective system that provides solutions without complex technology. His journey will end in 3 years. He should return with hundreds of new ideas.
Safe travels.
